Your new role
Based at the Sydney CBD head office, you will work closely with the HR, L&D and Marketing team to upskill and develop expertise in all areas of new collections, deep brand knowledge and customer facing experience. These are high-end, well known brands established in ANZ so will be elevating customer experience and employee expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improve and upskill brand knowledge across retail operations
- Strategically build expertise and genuine passion and enthusiasm through storytelling and creating connections to the brands
- Facilitation of training programs - blended learning, so will include face to face, workshops, classroom style, and e-learning modules
- Creating content for training programs, brand education and digital
- Managing the LMS and ensuring training schedules and content are fully up to date
- Some travelling to other states when needed on a quarterly basis
- Working in partnership with Retail Operations to collaborate on content creation and training strategies
What you'll need to succeed
- This is a great role for an in-field Trainer, Retail Trainer, L&D Officer or Specialist, looking to take the next step.
- You will ideally have experience as a Trainer and Facilitator in the retail industry or have worked in the retail operations industry prior to moving into L&D
- You will ideally have worked for a luxury brand or aligned retail industries in beauty, apparel or accessories
- You will have excellent facilitation skills and experience in blended learning techniques
- You will have attention to detail and be passionate about learning
- You will have experience of developing training content and strategies
- You MUST be experienced in managing an LMS & creating LMS content
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but not essential
