Lead HR, uplift capability and shape the future of a growing food manufacturing business.
My client is a long‑established Australian FMCG organisation with deep Asian heritage. As the business continues to grow and modernise, we're seeking a capable and pragmatic HR Manager to strengthen people practices, drive organisational development and support meaningful change.

The business is looking to hire a progressive HR leader who can operate strategically while staying close to the day‑to‑day. You'll partner directly with the CEO and sit on the executive team, helping shape culture, capability and organisational direction.

Key focus areas

  • Build and embed L&D, leadership development and capability programs
  • Support organisational development and lead change initiatives, including ERP adoption
  • Introduce succession planning frameworks and uplift leadership capability
  • Provide hands‑on HR support across production, logistics and corporate teams
  • Maintain compliance, policies and HR governance in a low‑complexity ER environment

The business is family owned with strong values, long‑tenured employees and a highly multicultural workforce. Cultural intelligence is essential. You'll also have support from an experienced HR Assistant, plus external ER support when needed.

What you'll bring

  • HR generalist capability with strengths in L&D, OD and change
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or other operationally intensive environments
  • Ability to influence with diplomacy in a family‑owned setting
  • Pragmatic, steady and relationship‑driven approach
  • Comfort working in a multicultural workforce
