Your new company
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the design and execution of performance and reward strategies, oversee HR operations, and ensure compliance and excellence across the employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights, support executive remuneration, and champion a culture of people excellence. This is a permanent role based in northern Sydney with a salary of up to $150,000k plus incentives.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities
- Performance & Reward Strategy: Lead performance management cycles, develop frameworks, and support calibration and talent reviews.
- Executive Remuneration & Incentives: Design and manage executive compensation, incentive plans (ESOPs, SIPs), and prepare Board Remuneration Committee papers.
- Compensation & Benefits: Conduct salary benchmarking (AON, Mercer, WTW), manage remuneration reviews, and ensure competitive, equitable pay practices.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with legislation and best practice.
- HRIS & Analytics: Maintain HRIS data integrity (Workday, SuccessFactors), generate people metrics, and support system implementations and upgrades.
- HR Operations: Manage onboarding, benefits, offboarding, and HR documentation with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strategic HR Support: Partner with leadership on headcount planning, budget submissions, and diversity, equity & inclusion reporting (e.g., WGEA, sustainability).
What you'll need to succeed

HR experience, with expertise in performance, reward, and HR operations.

Proven experience in executive remuneration and incentive plan design.

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and people metrics reporting.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (CA/CPA qualification a plus).

Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency (Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce).

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.

Experience preparing board-level remuneration documentation.

Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.

Experience with shared services or HR transformation projects.

Familiarity with diversity, inclusion, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
