Your new role
As People & Culture Manager, you will be at the centre of an exciting growth and transformation journey. Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will lead the People & Culture function and will be responsible for building the systems, processes, and frameworks required to support sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading people strategy across a multi-state workforce.

Supporting business growth, integration, and change initiatives.

Driving HR systems, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Building scalable people frameworks to support growth.
-
Leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

Managing employee relations, investigations, performance, and industrial relations matters.

Ensuring compliance across the SCHADS Award, Fair Work, WHS, and legislative requirements.

Partnering with executive leaders to strengthen culture, capability, and performance.
Success in this role will come from your ability to deliver outcomes, create scalable solutions, and support long-term organisational growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced People & Culture leader who thrives in environments of growth, change, and complexity. Commercially minded and highly accountable, you enjoy building systems, structures, and teams from the ground up.

10+ years' experience in senior HR leadership roles.
-
Experience leading HR systems and transformation initiatives.
-
Strong Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and investigation capability.

Proven success building high-performing teams and developing leaders.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work, NES, and ideally the SCHADS Award (desirable).

The ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.

A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Experience in community services, disability, healthcare, aged care, NFP, or another regulated environment is highly desirable.

A track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth organisations.

Most importantly, you're a go-getter who embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly, and takes ownership for delivering results.
