We are seeking a high-caliber People & Culture Manager to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for senior leaders in a business. You will translate business strategy into a clear people agenda, driving organisational capability and building high-performing leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of goals across areas of the business.This is a sophisticated leadership position that goes beyond standard HR operations - it is about spearheading strategic business conversation. You will design and execute high-impact people plans within a fast-paced environment.
key accountabilities:
- Partner with General Manager and Executive Manager stakeholders to translate overarching business priorities into robust, actionable People Plans.
- Lead organisational design, change management, and culture initiatives that drive sustainable productivity and engagement.
- Drive talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development strategies to build a future-ready workforce.
- Utilise people metrics and dashboards to provide targeted outcomes and recommend adjustments that enhance organisational performance.
